Licensed Professional Counselor | Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

About me

My path into this field started in real life, not just in textbooks. Growing up around mental health challenges led me to become a therapist in 2010, but what kept me here is how much I value helping people actually understand themselves and create real change.

I’ve worked across a range of roles—from crisis work to private practice—so I bring both real-world perspective and practical tools into session. I also tend to show up with humor and authenticity, because therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff to be effective.

My daughter’s autism diagnosis added another layer, shaping how I understand neurodiversity not just as a clinician, but as a parent living it every day.
